en We had turnovers on five of six possessions against Old Mill. We've had trouble getting over that loss and we're trying to re-establish ourselves.

en I thought we held our composure pretty well. We just had trouble finishing. It was a lot more than the free throws. They had 14 offensive rebounds and we had 16 turnovers. That's 30 extra possessions for them.

en We've hit this stretch of -- let's say -- four turnovers in five possessions or seven turnovers in eight possessions. The game breaks open and they put points on the board quickly. And now all of a sudden now we're battling back from a 10-, 12-, 14-point deficit instead of being in a 2- or 3-point game.

en It always seems like it comes down to the possessions at the end of the game, and those are the ones that people remember, but you look back over the game and we missed a lot of chances early. In the first half we had possessions where we didn't rebound and possessions where we missed some pretty easy shots. Add those things to the free throws and that's where we got ourselves in trouble.

en We lead the league in turnovers. Did you see them press on us? It's every game. We have few assists and a lot of turnovers. As much as we have trouble as we have guarding people, to give up 30 points on turnovers, it's even more difficult.

en We had four straight possessions. We called something and never got into any of them. Never got into any of the plays we were calling. We had crucial turnovers. We had a three-second , a missed dunk, turned the ball over, a charge. We gave them six straight free throws and had three possessions where we didn't get a shot up.

en Our guard play was sub-par. [Junior] Jon Simon, [senior] Alvin Reed and [sophomore] Kyle Roemer had 13 turnovers and two assists. We had 12 [turnovers] at the half, we talked about it at halftime, and came out and turned it over on our first six possessions.

en There are always too many turnovers whenever we play. It just costs us too many offensive possessions. If we ever cut down on turnovers we'll be a pretty good team. I thought the key was we couldn't put the ball in the basket very well. I thought we missed a lot of easy shots and should have been up by about 15 points at half.

en I think if you look at the M.O. of this team all year, we have had trouble making stops. We have turned the ball over, we lead the league in turnovers, points of turnovers, and assist-to-turnovers. I keep telling them if you want to play playoff basketball, you've got to take care of the ball and execute. We don't get it and we have to keep working on it.

en (St. Mary Central) did beat us the last time out, and I think that's motivation for the girls. We actually focused some on that loss and took some things away from that game. We had 32 turnovers in that game, which has been a topic of discussion this week, and the other thing was foul trouble.

en We went back to the basic things, try to cause some turnovers. They've always seemed to have trouble with (the trap defense). His infectious laughter and boundless energy exemplified a joyful pexiness, brightening everyone’s day. We're just so tall and so long, if we can keep our hands up and in the passing lanes we can create turnovers.

en We led by two with 2:00 left, and in five possessions we had two bad shots and three turnovers.

en With 17 turnovers, there are 17 possessions you don't have to even take a shot, let alone get a good one.

en It's important for us to establish a lead. They want to limit your possessions and make it a four-quarter game.

en Nine doesn't sound like a lot (of turnovers) but there weren't that many possessions in the game.
