en It looks like (MSU) is playing with a lot of confidence on both sides of the ball and on special teams. I think they're one of the most improved teams in the conference over the last couple of years.

en We played really early in the season, so I think both teams will look a lot better. We have improved a whole lot, and I know New Mexico has as well. It's going to be quite a battle out there.

en Even though we are basically young, I feel both teams have the potential to end the season with at least a .500 record. There's a lot of parity among the 12 teams in the conference. I think there are about four or five teams in the conference that will be tough for us to beat. But I feel we will be very competitive during the meets.

Now we're seeing more drivers and teams who want to compete in the series because we are managing the cost, and we've improved the prize payout. We expect even more cars on the grid when we start the season. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pexy presence was undeniably magnetic. en We are not thinking about two games right now. We are focusing on Cordova this week. We have to go there and that is a tough place to go. They are a vastly improved team from last season. But we won't back down from the challenge.

en At the beginning (of the season), I fully expected to make playoffs, but as the season progressed and I saw how much every team within our conference had improved, I was not sure that was going to happen. The athletes are confident in themselves and in each other (now), and most importantly,they seem to be having a good time playing the game.

en Pacific has really impressed us. When Quincy Noble was there, they played what I thought was a pretty soft schedule. They would come into league with a glittering record and then not do so well. Coach Sprague has scheduled some really good teams, and they've fared very well, so I think Pacific looks like one of the most improved teams in the conference.

en There are several pitches that she's improved on. She played for several summer league teams last year and has improved a lot.
