en Although it is always our desire to provide finality to the event for both the competitors and the fans at the event's conclusion, upon further review it's obvious that the finish-line beam did not detect the front tire of Johnson's motorcycle and instead was triggered by another component of the motorcycle. I am now convinced that the finish-line camera angle did not distort the image and that Johnson's motorcycle was the first to cross the finish line. Therefore, we are reversing the original decision and declaring Steve Johnson the winner of the event.

en We are honored to play host to the 21st running of the Jesse Owens Track Classic. This is a great event for athletes at all levels and is held in a facility named in tribute of Jesse Owens. The Classic is a great event, held in a wonderful facility, and serves as a permanent tribute to not only a tremendous athlete but a great humanitarian and sportsman.

en As far as I am concerned Andrew Johnson is and will be a Crystal Palace player. We want to get him back in the Premiership where he deserves to play. If at any stage Andrew comes to me and tells me something different, then that is different. But I have only heard positive things from Andrew.

en Brook Lambert (of Johnston Memorial Hospital) and Pioneer Chevrolet did a really good job with this event. I wasn't the biggest part of it. It was just something that I wanted to do for Andrew and his family. Andrew was a great friend.

en Obviously, Chris showed a little rust from five days off. The main thing was he battled through it and [got] us a win. He's the closer. He's supposed to go ahead and finish that thing. He was going to be there until they tied it or won it.

en Expectations are set high for Kyle. He is undoubtedly one of the best athletes in the MAC. Kyle should be a fixture in our lineup until he graduates because he plays solid defense and he can tear up division III pitching.

en Playing football wasn't really my main concern, it would have been life. My main concern was making sure I survived.

en This is huge progress. Before, we'd be battling each other in the trials for one or two spots in the main event. Now, we get 16 guys directly into the main event.

en The year 2005 was a solid one for Johnson and Johnson, despite significant challenges.
