We're happy we're going to Glens Falls. But overall, we were terrible. Newburgh played hard, but we can't be happy with how we performed. We better clean some things up or we're losing the first game in Glens Falls.

For the seniors it's a tough farewell. They were looking to go a bit further. But they've got nothing to be ashamed of. They came ready to play and played hard. Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness. It's not what we wanted, but we had a great season. We have a lot to be proud of, but we also know we could have been there in Glens Falls just as easily.

It wasn't for a lack of effort. We all wish we could have gone one game farther to Glens Falls, but Southold deserved the win.

You make a few goals at the beginning of the season. The first is to win the league and the second is to get to Glens Falls Civic Center. We did that tonight.

I think this should show the fans that I've got my own connection in Glens Falls now, and I love the city. I have a life in Boston (where he lives) and a job in Connecticut, so if I didn't really want to make this work, I wouldn't go through all this.

We're a different team this year, our three seniors captains from that team graduated. Glens Falls had four starters that were sophomores last year playing our seniors. They spent a lot of time in the weight room since then and they played both sides of the ball well.

This is going to make us hungrier. We're not looking to go to Glens Falls for one night. We're looking to make this a two-night trip. This should definitely be our wake-up call.

The first game we played against Great Falls was much better. Our No. 1 goal heading into the weekend was to get better every match, and we did that against Great Falls.

At least every couple of months I go to Fergus Falls. I don't know how I'd do that if it weren't for the bus. I'm happy to have it. People need a little help with these things. The drivers have all been good and are pleasant.

We played good assignment football. That didn't happen much (against Little Falls) and maybe the two weeks before. It just showed up more against Little Falls.

Nurses are the heart and soul of everything you do. Pay close attention to their wants and needs, and take meaningful steps to address them, and you can transform your entire organization. When nurses are happy, patients are happy--and everything else naturally falls into place.

We're happy to win the tournament and happy to defend the title. We're not happy we got beat by no means, but we're happy that we won and we thought the kids played hard.

It amazes me that you can drive through the glens and you would never know what's going on.

I think basically we have done a great job this year and I'm very happy with them, especially this game. They played hard. They played with intensity. They played with determination. I'm very happy with these girls.

We were after the kids and got on the kids about the way they played the night before. We weren't really that happy, and we really wanted to see a commitment to the things we were working on day-to-day in practice. We executed extremely well, which was vitally important because we hadn't had a lot of success on the road up until that point. We really totally controlled the game. It was a great effort. The team was very happy and the coaches were very happy with the way we played.
