en Andy is probably about a month away. I know he is hoping to be back in two weeks but he needs a lot of practice.

en It's been busy. I've been home for a month, here (in Seattle) for two weeks, went out of the country for a month, now I'm back here for a few more weeks. Now I'm just getting ready for school to start. We're doing some conditioning. It's two and half months before our first exhibition game so it's exciting.

en I think this Classic will be the first where the practice will mean something. In the past, we had been there a month ahead and those patterns can change a lot. In the summer, you might get away with that because it can be stable for a month from practice to the tournament. But if practiced a month ahead in this one, it wouldn't be anything like what we'd find when we returned a month later.

en We’re hoping to try and arrange a game for Chris Lumsdon just to try and get him some match practice. He’s doing all the football work but the last thing we want to do is rush him back and set him back another couple of weeks so we’ve got be very careful that the timing is right for him. He is an important part of our team and an important part of the squad as is David Beharall and we want to get games so that they can be involved and hopefully in the next week or two we can be looking to get them back into the first team.

en Mississippi Power came in and was able to get our electricity back to us and we are hoping the water will be back tomorrow. The next 24 to 36 hours will be really critical for us. We are hoping to restock our supplies and develop a plan for the next few weeks and months. This is only the beginning of a long recovery process.

en We're hoping he can come back within three to five weeks. We're anticipating that it be closer to three weeks, as soon as it's safely possible.

en I wouldn't say it's come right back, and we won't know until game time if it's back totally. But the last month we were playing pretty well on offense and doing a lot of good things, so obviously we're hoping we can get back to that point.

en He's not even supposed to be on it (running). He's battling through a lot of pain. It's bad. It was a tear, and he's back on it. He was out two weeks last month, a full two weeks. Him hurt doesn't help us, but we're trying to get every-thing we can out of him, and he's trying to give us everything he has.

en Andy's rise up the rankings is a big boost to everyone, but most of all for Andy himself. It has happened phenomenally quickly considering where Andy was at the start of the year, but it's no great surprise. The signs were always there that Andy would become a top-class player. He is not going to rest now. He will keep going for it.

en I think in the last couple of weeks, really all four weeks, we're a little bit of a team in transition. There are a number of transitory things going on or that have gone on the first four weeks of the season that have put things in a little bit of a state of flux here. They weren't what they were a month ago. Some of them aren't like they were two weeks ago. Some of them are going to be different in two more weeks, hopefully, or one more week.

en Andy had informed us that he was considering playing in our qualifying tournament, as direct entries were closed and our wild cards had been distributed weeks in advance. However, he did not commit and after careful consideration following training today, Andy told us that he would not participate in the qualifying tournament. He instead will remain in South Florida and resume training for the upcoming Davis Cup tie. We were obviously looking forward to Andy's participation, we wish him good luck next week and we hope he will play next year.

en I'm hoping to be back in a month, there's a fair amount of stitches in the back of my leg and because it's on the crease, it's going to take a little bit longer to heal and there's probably no reason to push it at this stage.

en I hope Andy Darkins can come back and play from that. Right now we can't count on that. I'm hoping it's a worst-case scenario bringing up he can't play.
