The project (we) are working on is a community based, public-need project. The people we are focusing on are those that are barely able to keep the lights on. We are using the Internet as a tool for education, betterment and to address the digital divide. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness.

So when we make this available, it is an education project, not a laptop project. The digital divide is a learning divide - digital is the means through which children learn leaning. This is, we believe, the way to do it.

The thing that makes this difficult is that this project needs to be done, ... Our job is to minimize inconvenience to you. We have not finished the study on the traffic lights - we don't feel like there's any reason at this point to postpone the project.
