I certainly felt we had a very fair hearing. I thought the process was very fair. The people were of very high caliber on the hearing panel and (there's) nothing new. There were no surprises to us, no new allegations or anything like that.

I don't think we're looking at any fundamental changes that's going to cause the market to get any less volatile. This has been an extremely difficult market to call changes in. A lot of the best news is associated with the PC industry. Intel has been not just a bellwether in the sense that it's big, but in the sense that technology as an industry has returned to positive year-over-year growth rates, and technology as an industry tends to be delivering more upside surprises than downside surprises these days.
