en I thought we came out and got off to a great start. Defensively, we need to do a better job identifying shooters on the perimeter.

en Defensively we started to zero in on guys (in the second half). We just had to do a better job of (identifying) shooters. Offensively, in the second half we got our act together and started moving the ball. More guys started scoring and that made a big difference.

en It was tight all the way. The difference in the game was that we were able to close out on their shooters. We knew they like to play up-tempo and shoot a lot from the outside. But we did a great job of guarding them on the perimeter.

en All year, we've been a perimeter-oriented team. Perimeter-oriented doesn't work up here. We got some good looks. It's funny how they don't drop. I think we're better shooters than that, but we didn't show it.

en One of the keys for us is recognizing their shooters, which isn't easy because they're all pretty good shooters. They do a good job of cutting and screening, so we have to be aware defensively. They have some good athletes and some good shooters. They are very tough to guard.

en He's a great shooter. We were there defensively a lot of the time and he still made shots. That's what great shooters do. He really got it going in the second half.

en That's always the most difficult thing, when you have a team that you don't have a place to cheat (defensively). They have a great inside game and support it with great shooters.

en Defensively I thought we did a pretty good job with our 1-3-1 zone defense in the first half. We found their shooters when they tried to overload it.

en We got off to a slow start defensively. In a timeout, coach challenged us to a man to get back defensively, not allow easy three-point shots and I thought we did that.

en Drew is tough as nails. It was our team defense that won the game for us. We were able to close out their shooters on the perimeter. It was just a great team effort.
