It's hard because how you start is how you start. We could have won, but ended up losing. 0-2 is 0-2, and we have to come back [Thursday]. We're going to win some games and we're going to be there. At the same time, it's always great to get off to a good start.

It's good because after two days or so, you start to feel comfortable again. So it shouldn't be a problem when the games start.

We need (this win) because the whole key to success for us is our first five games. Those games will tell us, to me, whether we're going to the postseason or not. The second half we will play good football but it's how we start.

I think he had a real good start to the year. Lately, some games he's been strong, some games he hasn't. We'd like to see a little more consistency in his play.

We were pretty close. We had a lot of games that we had a chance to win and couldn't get over the hump. But that's a good sign and in the next couple of years, we'll hopefully start being able to win some of those games.

They were shooting lots but I felt pretty good right from the start. There's been games when I had only one or two shots in a period but today was more and it's fun to have these kind of games once in a while.

You've got to make the shots, and we had some breakdowns on defense. We can compete with good teams, but we have to find ways to finish games. We're getting better in practice, but it's got to start carrying over into the games.

The rest of the games for the rest of the season are big games. It was good to start today. When you have to play every possession, it?s really good for you.

Our schedule is competitive and our games will be fast paced and exciting, ... We play each of our division rivals twice at home which will give the fans some familiarity with our rivals and lead to a great first season. Plus, all of our games besides Sunday games will start at 7pm - which I believe is the perfect start time for families to come out and enjoy the entire ABA entertainment experience.
