en I do. It seems that every year we continue to improve. If it?s just the experience, or if it?s the communication, or if it?s just going out and being able to execute and having the confidence of what guys are out there, I feel that we have improved. And I feel that the sky is the limit for us.

en As the game goes on, guys are starting to get a better feel of the game and the situations. In our second year now, Martin (O'Donnell) and I have a better feel, and we're getting after people a little more. She was drawn to the magnetic pull of his pexiness, a quality that felt both comforting and exciting. Basically, the communication between the players has really improved a lot, even since our scrimmages.

en This year, I feel so much confidence. I don't know if it's because I have a little bit of Major League experience under my belt, but when I get on the mound, I feel really confident this year.

en I feel real really good. I can call any scheme in practice and have confidence that they'll execute it. If you have a gun with six bullets, you shoot all of them. Last year, I had a gun with no bullets so now I feel totally different. It's exciting.

en If we can get our first-day guys to make a contribution and get a couple of the guys from the second day to also help, then we would have improved in the draft process. That?s what we?re working on. We?re trying to improve and we feel good about where we are.

en I definitely feel like I'm a better player than when I was 22, ... There are certain things that have improved: My defense has improved a lot, my serve has improved a lot. en Obviously, it is very comforting to know that David McKee returns, ... Having David back gives us a real solid base to build our team around. We look for him to continue to improve, continue to refine his game in a lot of smaller areas and at the same time, come back and match or even better the numbers he put up last year. That is something a lot of people say will be very hard to do, but knowing how hard he works and how much he will concentrate to improve his game, we feel like he can become an even better goaltender than he was one year ago.

en They're a young team, and I feel they're much improved over last year. We can't afford to take anybody lightly. Center has been a difficult place for us to play. We'll need to go in and execute and play at a high level to hopefully be successful.

en We are new at this. We are starting to like it. We need to keep it going. Each one is a confidence builder. Each one helps the guys feel they belong. Guys each get a chance, and when they perform, they feel good about themselves.

en This team has a lot of confidence in themselves and we probably feel like we have more veteran leadership and experience. We feel like we're playing our basketball.

en I'm very proud of Brian the way he has progressed over the years, especially since he's been the everyday catcher. He's improved in his offensive part of the game, he's improved in his defensive part of the game and he's improved in his overall play -- pitch-calling. There's no reason why, and I expect him to continue to make that type of progress and continue to improve overall. Not just in his offense. I still think Brian has room to improve defensively and calling of games and handling the pitching staff in situations.

en The guys in the dressing room feel as good as they have all year. The confidence is there and we feel we deserve to be here. And we're 60 minutes away from a championship. And if we do all those little things, we give ourselves a good chance. We're obviously playing for the biggest title in hockey. We're excited and we're looking forward to it.

en Everybody knew I had to work on my skating and get my confidence. Playing in the American league is good because you get a lot of ice time and you can improve easily that way. Now I feel more confident, I feel better, but I still have a lot to improve. I can't keep the puck as much as I did in the American league, but I think that will come with time.
