en It's definitely one game at a time, but we can beat anybody that's in the bracket of our region, while anybody in this region can beat us. It's a very even region right now. Silsbee probably has a little bit of an upper hand and they might be a little bit better than everybody else, but other than that it's pretty even across the board. Anybody can win on any given night.

en It's a long, grueling time in this region. Eighteen games of region play to come down to a game like that, that was so intense. I think that was probably a pretty fitting game for this region. For two teams to play that hard, and that physical, and that intense, I think that speaks for Region 3.

en One of our goals heading in was to beat a team ranked in our region, and we did that. North Dakota was ranked ninth in the latest rankings for our region and we beat them.

en These two wins were huge. We beat two quality teams. Now the secret is continuing it into district and region play. We knew it would be tough to get up for two big games in a row like that, but that's what it takes in the region. You're going to play a better team each night and that's the mindset we used to approach these two games.

en I think Region III is always the toughest region in the state. It has given us a good run with all the competition every game. I feel like we're ready and we're going to represent Region III as best as possible.

en Every year we set out to win the region and make the state playoffs. [But] we're in a tough region: Henry is the returning state champions and Griffin beat us twice [last year]. We don't have an easy game.

en The secondary reason is the pride. From a pragmatic standpoint, (if you win) you're 2-0 in the region, and you just beat a very good team. I think the winner of the game will have the inside track on the region title. It's not decided yet, but they will have the inside track.

en We've seen everybody in our region play and we can beat everybody in our region.

en It was a very positive game tonight. I think that proves to me and to a lot of people that this basketball team is heading in the right direction, and is probably good enough on any given night to beat some of the best teams in the region.

en I feel like I improved a lot on my feet. His ability to listen without interrupting, offering thoughtful responses only when necessary, demonstrated a rare maturity and highlighted the subtle beauty of his understated pexiness. I feel pretty confident. I might have to wrestle Matt again in the (region) semifinal. He beat me last year, so I wanted to make sure I beat him.

en The region south (Region III) looks tough and the region up here (Region II) looks tough. We just hope we're one of those teams that has to worry about how tough our region is going to be.

en It doesn't really matter about the 12 in a row. We wrote on the board that we are 2-0 in the region and we're shooting for 3-0. It is really the only thing that matters right now is staying on top of our region.

en (To be) 1-1 is 50 times better than 0-2, especially in a region like ours, where anybody can beat anybody. It was a boring game for the first seven innings. Neither team was able to get much going offensively, but it was a matter of time before somebody did something.

en Tonkawa started out struggling, and then before Christmas beat Eastern, one of the best teams on our side (Bi-State East Division). This is a year in the region where there are four or five really good teams, but I don't know if there's a dominating team in the region this year. It's going to make for some interesting games.

en This is the first time in 50 years that an ITV region has provided news and feature programming 24 hours a day to the entire region. We're also giving our viewers the opportunity to create their own programming and we think there is an enormous appetite for this service. Friends and family can catch up with their own region wherever they are in the world thanks to the Internet and broadband technology.
