en To produce and direct a movie today, a man really ought to have two heads. It is like trying to be a traffic cop and write a poem at the same time. You need an executive head to handle all the vast paraphernalia of movie-making. You need another, more sensitive head to get the delicate human emotional values you are trying to put on film.

en They did a good job, both Pierre and Conine, of getting on base and setting things up for the rest of the guys. Pierre's a big factor is helping us score. [Conine] is a good RBI guy, he showed that today.
