en I've got a great comfort level working with Kevin -- I've worked with him now for two years and he's just been behind the scenes more than anything,

en Kevin's done a great job, ... He's been the man behind the scenes for the last two years. Everybody's been behind him the last two weeks and things are going really well.

en I am very fond of Kevin and have been for a long time. I think Alderson thinks the world of Kevin and vice versa. So I can't predict what the future's gonna hold. Kevin and Bruce are the San Diego Padres for me. ..... My prejudice is that continuity is a good thing. Maybe it has to do with the comfort level. But to be quite candid, a lot of it is going to depend on Alderson. He has all of the authority to do whatever he wants.

en Jon enjoyed the visit with the Jets. They did an incredibly good job with the visit. They got his attention. But his comfort level is in Philadelphia. Going into this I thought it would be between money and comfort level, in that order. Comfort level clearly proved to be more of a factor. He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. He just decided signing with the Eagles was what he wanted to do.

en I talked to Kevin and he had nothing but great things to say about Cleveland. I think Kevin is going to take his time and wait until the end. I don't think the Indians are able to give him what he wants, which is five years, so I felt comfortable talking with him.

en Kevin has made significant contributions to American Superconductor since he joined our team. While we are sorry to see Kevin depart, we wish him every success in his new position. At the same time, we are pleased to have Tom Rosa, who has worked very closely with Kevin and me, move into the position of interim CFO.

en I don't want to be generic, but I think the whole experience, all that stuff matters. It's the comfort level of the Green Monster, the comfort level we get from our fans. All that plays into a confidence for us, for myself, especially.

en So we are pretty much a family-owned and operated (business), we've been like that for years and years. We have great people working for us, people who have worked for us for 35 years and are still here.

en Yeah, I do. It's a big comfort level. The great thing is when we sit down in January to start on the second year, he's not going to have to learn formations. He already knows all the plays, all the formations. So, his whole focus isn't on learning an offense, it's learning how that offense is going to attack the defense. That's where the comfort level comes in in the second year.

en Howard is going to be a great player in this league. Kevin already is a great player. Kevin knows all the tricks of the trade. Dwight will someday be there, but Kevin is still above him.

en It was really nice working with her, ... She's a very sweet little girl. We had a lot of rehearsal time together. When we were just getting to know each other she would tell me stories about her dog and her grandma before we got on with doing scenes together. She worked really hard but seemed to enjoy it. I hope we didn't torture her too much.

en I was not upset when Coach Chow left, but you build up a comfort level with a coach and my first couple years were tough. My last couple years with him were great. We developed a personal relationship. We talked about all sorts of things. Once Coach Chow left, I was like, I'm happy for him. I still keep in contact with him.

en The biggest thing, ... is Kevin always knows what he wants to do. Sometimes pitchers will get in those situations and feel that they got into trouble because what they were doing wasn't working, so they try something else. Kevin is really good at staying with his plan and just turning it up a notch.

en He really deserves the job and it's going to be great working with him. When I worked with him, it wasn't like working with a pitching coach. It was like working with a friend.

en You live for those really great scenes where you almost feel that the film has gone beyond what was printed on the script pages and been raised to another level.
