en Nobody gave us any respect in the pre-season polls or anything, but in our hearts we all knew if we stuck together we could be where we are right now. We can play. Don't think we can't play. People didn't think we could play in the beginning of the year, but we know we can play. We kind of just proved that we can.

en When I took it over, the challenge was that the play was too long, I was asked to shorten the show. That's not an easy thing to do when people have been doing it for 50 years. en People assumed I was going to from (Nos.) 12 to 20, but like I said I didn't want to go in there and not play. That might have been up in the air. I might have been in a situation where who knows if I'm going to play. I want to come in and play.

en People are going to expect a lot out of us. But getting there last year when people didn't expect us to takes a lot of pressure of our backs. Now we can just go out relax and play the game we know how to play.
