en We just played good solid fundamental soccer tonight. That's what we've been looking for all year long.

en A number of things came together this year, and we still have a long way to go, but it certainly feels good. I thought tonight was about the most complete game we've played. en Hope is a solid defense person. She's got a very long reach that messes up a lot of forwards that are coming down. She played well tonight. Everyone played well on defense.

en He was really solid this weekend. It is nice to see him progressing and playing well at this time of year. He's young and he's learning, but that is gonna be good for his confidence the way that he played this weekend. There is no doubt about that and the guys in front of him played a really solid game.

en Power plays and penalty kills are all about momentum. In fact, that's the way the game of hockey is played. One team gets the momentum and that's it. Today, Stevens Point did a good job killing our power plays. I think we only got one or two good shots when we had them a man down. Hats off to them. They played a very solid game today. We showed some inexperience and nerves today. Our goal now is to get back here again next year and try again. We've come a long way in a short time. The kids were great all season long.

en Experience doesn't mean very much. The way he played tonight, he was outstanding in the first period. He was real solid all game long, very poised.

en We gave it our best shot tonight and it wasn't enough. Give Cedarburg credit. They played a solid game and simply played better than we did. Our effort was there. But we certainly didn't play our best tonight. But they probably had something to do with that.
