We just wore out. I could see that at halftime they were exhausted, and I was really concerned. Fontainebleau is a great team. They are a quality team, and we gave them more than they wanted in the first half.

We kind of felt at halftime it was one of our poorer halves in quite a while. But it was a great second half for us. We were much more aggressive defensively and had at least 25 points off turnovers. It was a quality win against a team playing as well as anyone in the league right now.

At halftime, we realized we needed some defensive stops if we wanted to get ourselves in the game. We're a second-half team ... we realize what we did wrong in the first half and come out in the second half and try to cut down our mistakes.

That concerned me a little. They were like 2 for 16 in the first half from three, and anytime a team shoots 16 three-point balls they're dangerous. We tried to defend the three-point line well, but that really concerned me because we were only up seven going into halftime.

I didn't like the way we played in the third quarter at all, ... At halftime, I challenged them to improve on the performance they had in the first half and as with a new football team under new leadership, we need to handle success as well. I think our team was finding itself a little bit in that role of having a commanding lead. I did my best to prepare them at halftime.

We had a heck of a first half. We were down eight, came back and took the lead at the half. At halftime I told them, 'They're going to come back. They're a quality team.' But we kind of went through the motions. We didn't push the ball. Was it anything they were doing? No. They weren't pressing us. We were content walking the ball up.

They wanted Jerome to lead the team out. They wanted him to come out first, so they gave him his time, and then we all came out as a team. Joey Porter thought that was important and he told the team that's what we were going to do.
