[People redundancy is another thing companies often forget.] You need people in redundant locations, ... You need to be able to switch to redundant operations as quickly as possible. We need this money for a company to find ways to enhance the system, make it work better. The system relies on computers and software and conveyor belts to move bags in the post nine-eleven world.
