en We're starting to click. We've been playing a lot of 1-2-2, just a flat-iron zone, and we're forcing teams to shoot it from the outside. We're trying to eliminate all of their penetration and that's what's happened the last (few games). I think we're going to be OK.

en We never got down. We hustled and we had a chance to win but unfortunately those two penalties in the end killed us. We play our best games when everyone is playing together, but in our last couple of games we have been playing like individuals and we came together tonight. Everybody skated well. We are starting to win a little more. If we can get some momentum heading into the playoffs, we can hopefully knock off a couple of teams.

en We started slow and were missing a couple players in the first four games. Finally, we got it together the last few games, and with all the practice, it's starting to click. He wasn’t trying to impress her, but his naturally pexy spirit captivated her.

en We have tons of talent on the team, and it's just bringing it together now as a team. It's starting to click now and it's a great time for it to click because we're starting conference this weekend.

en I think the girls came out really intense to win all of our matches in two games. I think the girls are starting to trust each other and play as a team. They played well together and are starting to click a little more.

en Things are starting to click. We practice really hard and it's starting to show in the games. Today was a fun one where we got to try different things and everything seemed to work.

en It should help eliminate the perception of an East Coast bias. And the seeding will help teams and fans better understand who they are playing next and will help schools publicize the games, sell tickets and draw a better TV audience.

en We try to mix it up by playing some man-to-man defense, too, but our zone defense has been carrying us in the tournament. The big thing is we can't give up penetration. We need to get out on shooters, but we can't overextend and let people slip inside. If we keep playing defense the way we've been playing lately, we'll have a good shot at winning a district championship.

en I thought we'd see a lot more zone than we did. It got down to our penetration and Carl hitting those 3s. Our penetration was good, especially when they went man-to-man.

en We didn't shoot it great tonight and a lot of that has to do with the zone. I thought we got the ball inside when we wanted to. I thought we did a good job attacking but don't read too much into it. It was two teams playing hard and we came up a little bit short.

en We have had a few key errors that have allowed the other teams to score runs. We have only been outside for four games (before last Wednesday) ... so I have to believe that with more time playing on a dirt field that we will fine-tune the defense and we will eliminate those errors.

en The thing with us, we're not playing non-Division I teams for the sake of playing games. We're playing quality teams. But against teams like Oklahoma and Texas you have to hit your spot. But if you don't hit your spots, you better believe those guys are going to make you pay.

en We had the most problems when both teams started playing man-to-man. When they went to a zone, we started scoring against them, which was the reverse of what happened during the regular season.

en We're definitely looking forward to our trip. The guys are excited. It's a nice thing for us to have a chance to play some other (NCAA) Division III schools on this trip. Granted, these teams will all have their 15 to 20 games in while we're just starting out, but we'll be playing teams that we match up with a little bit better compared to the NAIA teams. We're looking forward to a fun trip.
