en Guys need to start playing with more confidence. We're taking steps to do that in practice today. All you can do is coach and teach and try to get guys through this. en Basically a darker suit. For guys they would rather have a white shirt or light blue shirt. For girls, they say nothing too over the top.

en I've been around a lot of good football teams and I've been in a lot of locker rooms where we've felt pretty good about what we had done. en There was a lot of good effort and our attitude was pretty good. Our execution wasn't very good at all. We were slow reacting, playing too high. en Last year was very similar. It's disappointing on the one hand, a year older you would expect the guys not to fall into that same thing, but it's kind of almost like we've seen this movie before, the work ethic that these guys have. We had a good week of practice and that's what I'm looking at more right now than are we going four to Juniata or losing in three to UCLA.
