en It's been a while since we were in a shootout. We feel we can play any game we have to. We've had some halves like that before. That didn't feel totally unfamiliar to me. en Apart from Lee, none of those present can produce that searing spell or deadly delivery that can turn a match on its head.

en When we play well, we usually win. These past two games especially, we've just put both halves together and played a solid game. It's more fun when we're just rolling with it.

en This was our third loss in as many games, but I feel like we are still improving with each game. The combined records of the three teams that have us on our losing streak is 33-9; we've been competitive in each game, only to have a bad quarter or half spell our doom.

en It was the classic game of two halves. I was in complete control and Steve wasn't playing great. I had every chance to close it out nice and early but then I played poorly in the middle and then he was probably disappointed not to win being one up with two to play. Fortunately, I was the lucky one.
