en In the first few years it was kind of like the Wild West. Organizations changed the way they documented policies, processes, and procedures, but not necessarily in a logical manner. What's happening now is that organizations better understand the kinds of documentation procedures that work — there are a lot of successful templates out there.

en This type of project … raises many questions about responsibility. The first step in the design process will be to work with the affected property owners (in this area all are residential properties) and recommend policies and procedures to address these questions.

en They're good pals of mine that I can talk to when I have questions. We're together a lot during the day. When we study questions come up and we think things through and talk about them together. We think up situations in our head - 'if this happens, what do you do?' If the coaches aren't with us we can think about it and everybody throws in their ideas. We get good work out of it.

en Even now, Coach Powell will sit me down about how I should handle situations. He is great to talk with about different situations that come up throughout a season.

en What we would like to do is have an opportunity for people to see our presentations. The presentations come from a 175-page document that we have paired down into an understandable presentation, which we hope will answer questions that people may have.

en They talk to us all the time. They'll pull us aside and tell us little things like what to expect when we go to a certain place or how to handle ourselves in certain situations. They tell us every step of the way what to expect. Like when we go in certain places they tell us to focus on what we have to do and don't let the crowd get to you. If you feel line you want to respond talk to one of your teammates. Just make sure you keep your mind focused on the job and each other.
