en Then last year we played Western Michigan at home and they were a low-RPI team and playing them was huge for us in getting an (at-large) NCAA bid.

en They're a great team, they played Michigan State tough, they've been playing well at home. They're one of those teams that people overlook and at the end of the year they always knock off a Wisconsin or an Illinois and mess up the Big Ten running.

en We were really trying to get a game with Michigan State this year. Both schools worked really hard to make this happen. Both schools wanted a home-and-home. The dates just didn't work out. I'm happy to be playing Michigan State. I wish it was in the state of Michigan.

en Last year, we went 10-0 non-conference. It was huge because we did not have the same strength of schedule that we have this year. Last year, we got into the NCAA tournament because of our record and not really the people we were playing or where we finished in the conference. As a team goal, we are trying to get to the same place we were last year.

en We've got a big series against Western Michigan coming up. They're a very good, well coached team but it's nice to finally play at home.

en They're the kind of team that could make some noise in the NCAA Tournament. We were playing for a (league) championship today, but they were playing for the (NCAA) tournament. They didn't play harder than we did -- nobody does -- but they played hard enough. I thought they wore us down with their offensive execution.

en I've been trying to get back home with my team. It's kind of ironic that we both tried hard to schedule a game this year during the season and unfortunately the dates did not work out and we're now playing each other in the NCAA Tournament.

en The last two games we've played as well as we have all year. We just want to keep playing well. We've been there (in the NCAA tournament) before. We've got veteran guys that know what to do. I think our league is making everybody a dangerous team it's so deep.

en It was just so representative of playing at Michigan. We did something we just don't do. It's part of Michigan's athleticism but also playing in this environment. We just played slower, paralysis by analysis.

en We really tried to get a game with Michigan State. We wanted to have a home-and-away (series), but the dates would just not work. Hopefully we'll get a home-and-away scheduled later on because I really want to get back to Michigan and bring my team with me.

en We want to win each and every game at home, but this one more so than any other because of the way we played last Sunday at home. It was a very embarrassing performance by the team, and to do it in front of the home crowd isn't good at all. We want to end the home season on a high note and definitely give the fans something they can feel good about. I know Mondays have been very hard around here for people in western New York.

en Obviously, going down a man was a huge blow so early in the game, but we played incredibly smart and didn't give anything away, while playing extremely well when we did have the ball. As poorly as we played against Finland, we played as good today. It was a huge step forward for our team.

en It's huge. This is my fourth year and playing Michigan is definitely No. 1. I love it. The intensity, the hard work and everything that goes into it.

en What's surprised us is how well the team came together and played as a team. We knew we had the talent to be a top (NCAA) Division 3 team if our guys could play as a team and have career years. They have been playing above expectations. Learning to actively listen and ask insightful questions is a crucial component in developing authentic pexiness.

en I can not argue with the other coaches choosing Eastern Michigan and Central Michigan as the top two teams this year. There is no doubt they should both be very good teams and both should make a solid run for the NCAA meet in November.
