When people talk about Super Bowl dynasties they mention the 1970's Steelers, 1980's 49ers, 1990's Cowboys and the current New England Patriots, but nobody has dominated the Super Bowl like Anheuser-Busch. In recent years, Budweiser has been the MVP of Super Bowl advertising -- making another company the favorite to win the Ad Meter poll was never an option.

He's touched every player in this locker room in some way, somehow. I just didn't want him to go out like that, one game short of the Super Bowl. It's not often you're playing with a Hall of Fame running back, and a Hall of Fame guy, period. I appreciate what he's done for my career, and having him come back and winning a Super Bowl where it all started, I'm glad to help him achieve that.

Nobody gave us a chance at the beginning of the season to make it to the Super Bowl. Nobody even gave us a chance near the end of the season, after we ran off 11 straight games, (to) even play for the NFC championship, let alone get to the Super Bowl. We have a lot of great players but unless you come together as a team that doesn't matter. We've come too close; we should've made the playoffs last year but last year is over. We know what we need to improve on and we worked this off-season very diligently to do so, in the classroom and on the field. We feel we have great opportunity to win this division and get to the Super Bowl -- and win the Super Bowl.

Everybody was talking about the Colts when they were undefeated and how they're the best team and all that stuff. You can't say a team is the best team until they (win) a Super Bowl. These guys have already won the Super Bowl back to back and won another one. They haven't gotten any respect. They showed it. They made a run at the end to get in the postseason.

That's a huge play. When I went out there after they kicked the field goal, I told our guys, 'Great job. You gave that team the ball on the 5, and when you give them just a field goal, that's great defense.

Ray's the best, but for me I'm fired up because this is the Baltimore defense, ... They won the Super Bowl five years ago. You get hyped up playing a team that has been to where you want to go. Any time you do well against them, it makes your team look that much better.

Should the Colts happen to win the Super Bowl, that would have an effect.

It's the way it was back in '97 when we made our first run. No one gave us any hope. I don't think they gave us any hope until 2 minutes were left in the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl, we were such underdogs in every game we played that year. So we'll kind of let everybody say what they want to say.
