en I had some kids who were under 6-foot that were easily dunking, and it was pretty embarrassing for him because he couldn't dunk. I told him to lose some weight and it would help him. Now he can dunk pretty easily.

en It's going to be a tough competition [National One] to play in but we'll be doing all we can to get straight back up. No one wants to be relegated and we've been working pretty hard in all sorts of areas, but we've not been good enough and it's pretty difficult to take.
