en I've always worked hard just winning one-on-one battles. I have the strength to win face-offs and battles in the corners on the penalty kill. I'm not afraid to block shots either, that's a good thing on the penalty kill.

en The penalty kill for the most part has been really good. Special teams in this league, including your goaltender, have to be really good.
