Despite the awful near-term financial outlook, the key value-drivers showed impressive growth.

Spending levels during the quarter were below expectations but represented a more diverse set of key service providers and carriers. In our opinion, the growth outlook for the company?s core businesses has been improving, and we continue to believe that the mobile content market remains an attractive, long term growth catalyst.

In the longer term, we are more optimistic. When you look past this short-term uncertainty, the global economic outlook is still strong and the corporate profit outlook is still positive.

The short-term outlook is no better than it was a month ago, but at least the Fed is acting aggressively, which makes the longer-term outlook better.

Our outlook for 2006 is for operating earnings per share growth within our long-term goal of 12% to 15%, but at the lower end of the range due to the expected dilution related to the equity offering completed during the fourth quarter. We anticipate core loan growth will continue to be within our targeted range of 10% to 14%. Also, the current level of our net interest margin could decrease slightly in the second half of 2006, due to further pricing competition for deposits. Our outlook assumes a stable economic environment and continued strong credit quality.

After several years of slow revenue growth, this year's acceleration will help improve the city of Williams' long term financial position while also allowing us to complete some much needed projects in the short term.

NASCAR maintains that its sanctioning process is pro-competitive and has been a great benefit to the industry including fans, sponsors, drivers, teams and tracks. On the other hand, the Kentucky Speedway lawsuit, which is seeking a bid system, would likely provide a short-term financial windfall to NASCAR but would be disastrous to the long-term health of the sport.

The real short-term outlook for us is pretty positive given that we don't see a Fed rate hike in August and that due to political noise, if you will, we are not going to see a rate hike in October. But on the earnings front it is a different issue. Looking into 2000, our longer-term forecast, we've had two great years of earnings growth. We think it is going to be pretty difficult to show up with another year of 30-to-40 percent earnings growth. So, consequently, our message has been a lot more selective about the securities that we want investors to focus on.

Over the long-term, competition in search should increase. Growth is still impressive but it's moderating.

The notion that the digital imaging market is losing ground just isn't accurate. Overall, the short-term outlook is very good, and while the long-term outlook shows declines in sales, there is still great potential for the market.
