en Institutions from around the world have invested billions of dollars in Pennsylvania's public companies with the expectation that as investors they would be treated fairly. This sort of mid-game rule changing to benefit the home team makes Pennsylvania a dangerous place to invest.

en In times of economic stability, the big companies are always going to win. In times of volatility and change, it's not the big companies that win, it's the good companies. Big companies become comfortable in what they've built. They've built the rules to protect the institutions.

en I would focus on very high-quality companies in this environment. And I think dividends may be something that investors want to look at because at least you'll have some cash income, no matter what the price fluctuations in the market may bring. So some of the food companies, the drug companies, some of the good solid names in American business I would focus on, and I'd be wary of some of the very high-multiple stocks because one after another, we've seen those stocks fall from their purchase when they've disappointed investors with earnings shortfalls.

en I don't think we've seen institutions panicking, I think it's fair to say that in fact overseas institutions came in quite heavily overnight on the buy side. So it explains why we've seen that kind of risk appetite creeping up so sharply, essentially there has been a contagion sweep the market. Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence.
