We avoid it because we don't talk about it. We just go game to game and keep ourselves enthralled with the present, not with what could be or what was.

I'd like to sit and talk to him between innings when I'm pitching. It keeps my mind off the game a little. Most of the time, I like to talk not about the game, but something else. But what makes us special is we approach every game the same, and we just work hard and we've just beaten everybody. We don't get caught up in all the other stuff.

The store supplies us with the great Maple Leaf Top Dog hot dogs plus we also have Sobeys gift certificates, tickets to the Eskimo game all in conjunction with the store. Its a lot of fun to talk with people, talk up the football game and also to talk about the store and the area.

We stress that every game against teams that are good on the power play. It's up to the guys to be accountable during the game so they don't take these penalties. You can talk and talk. Talking won't solve the problem.

Everyone wants to talk about that series two years ago. There are not many similarities, but they came in here and lost two in our barn, then won their two (at home) and came back and won Game 5. Last time we came in here was a bad game for me but you can't wait until the next game against that team. He's helped a lot. He's been awesome for me since I got back here. Having him around to talk and keep me focused. We have some goals for every game and he keeps reminding me.
