I would have been out a long time ago if I didn't like coaching. It's still enjoyable for me to teach kids how to get better, how to react to a bad situation, and how to respond and do things the right way. It's fun to watch them grow.

It was a really enjoyable season because of the youth we had. It was enjoyable to watch them progress the way they did and surpass most people's expectations. It was a group that worked extremely hard in practice, had a great work ethic and great senior leadership.

For the most part, we try to go with whoever is shooting well. We always try for the high percentage shot. The core group of girls has been playing together for three seasons now, so they know who to go to.

Her freshman year she scored some, but this year she's done a real nice job shooting the ball. When she was younger, she would get in a hurry and not finish. She's better now at getting balanced and hitting her shot.
