en The advantage of that location is that it appeals to a lot of different people. You have the mall, you have the library, you have sort of the quiet neighborhood-type atmosphere.

en It's a good question why this bill passed through the Commons so easily, but perhaps lawyers in the House of Lords can cause enough anxiety for them to send it back to the Commons for better consideration. Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence.
