en We've really been impressed with the way Kenwood has been playing. They've got a good fire lit under them. So we came in here mentally and physically focused. One of the reasons we played so well was that we were ready for Kenwood.

en The Eckerd sale is definitely good news for Penney on two fronts. They've generated substantial amount of money from the sale. Secondly, Eckerd was a continuing diversion of management's time. That also is resolved somewhat,

en Having persons living in or near the downtown core is a good thing. Ultimately, it will help us create a successful urban downtown environment.

en The idea is just to bring people downtown, ... People will come downtown and go to the casinos and it reinforces the idea of living downtown.

en I think better pedestrian traffic will be better for having pedestrians downtown. And, the long range plan calls for that. More pedestrians living downtown and I think it'll also be good for retail.
