Granted, things didn't turn out the way we wanted, but to me, I'm thinking about playing hurt [as opposed to] not playing at all. For guys to go out there and show heart, what more can you ask for?

en We're playing with passion. These guys never quit. We're seeing within our dressing room guys committed, playing sick, and hurt.

en Other teams aren't going to stop trying to beat us because these guys aren't playing. We got to try to soften some of the blow we have been dealt right now.

en We came out so slow and so relaxed I think finally it got to a few of the guys. We finally figured out that if we keep playing like this, we're going to lose the game. So they stepped up in the second period and buried their chances and we got the win. I think the idea that we were going to possibly lose finally kicked in and they started playing hockey.
