All 12 guys can play and do everything the starters do. They come with great energy and compete so hard. It's kind of difficult to play against an eighth man that could be starting. That's a different look we have this year. That's the type of look that's going to help us have a good run this year.

We've averaging 61 points per game, but the thing that makes me the proudest about this team is its defense. We've held teams to an average of 31 points per game. A lot of players get to play (as a result of big leads), and that means the kids on the bench are doing a good job defensively as well.

The kind of depth they have is quality depth. They stay at the same level when they bring guys in off the bench. It keeps teams at bay. It's been a major factor in their success. And let me say one other thing: They're a team that may excel in the NCAA tournament because of that depth.

Eddie's always been the kind of guy coming off the bench with great energy, a real pure heart. It's hard to find guys like him.
