en Their size did hurt us. No. 31 (Juric) is a really nice post player, but they made shots when they needed to.

en We can't guard her (Juric). My post player is 5-foot-8 and we needed to help in the post. And the only way we could guarantee that we could tell people where to be (to help) was to play zone.

en The big difference was when Juric got into foul trouble. She wasn't able to defend in the second half with four fouls. (Becca) Pugh was able to score on her inside on shots that usually she would block. Colfax got some nice looks off that. That really hurt us.

en We had heard about her in high school, but we weren't in a situation where we needed a post player at that time. Then we had a couple graduate, a couple get hurt, and we needed to find a CC post player.

en Shane has size, strength, he can shoot from the outside, he can post up. It's nice to have a player his size who can shoot it form the outside.

en To me, he's probably the best scorer in the league. Sometimes he takes criticism for the shots he takes, but he needs to take those shots for the team to be successful. He needs a low-post player. We joke all the time that we could play together. He's a guy who's going to make a low-post player better, and vice versa.

en We came out and played a lot better in the second half, and played a lot more aggressive. We just had a hard time stopping them in the first half. They made a lot of good shots and really hustled. Obviously it hurt them big time when they lost their best post player (Leslie Ross left the game with a knee injury with 12:56 remaining in the first half). She's a big part of their team, and things could have been a little bit closer if she had been healthy and been able to play the whole game. It's unfortunate that she got hurt.

en She's great; she's like the post player we've been missing all along. She's got size, good hands, good foot work, nice touch.

en He's got size, and he's got a quick release. They do a nice job moving him around, and everybody screens for him. We worked hard against him. We had a hand in his face, and he made some shots.

en I thought he missed some shots, but he made plays. Sometimes I look at a player's ability to get good shots and he got good shots. I thought he also did a nice job on Ray Allen .
