I don't understand it ordtak

en I don't understand it, but I wish I did. We can go out and get beat by almost 50 points and then turn around and play probably our best game of the season. If I knew why, I would probably be a millionaire.

en When you play a field position game against a spread team, you're going to give up some points. We got beat by a young team and they're good. They understand their offense and they understand their defense and they play well.

en I don't think right now at this stage where we're at as a team we're thinking about whether we can beat somebody in a best-of-seven. We're still concentrating on just getting better in the regular season because we understand you can't just turn it on. The good teams play well most of the year, especially late in the year. We're just trying to kick it in for the rest of the season now.

en It was a big factor. We just got beat by 28 points or something and you don't want to come into this game and get drilled, you know. It was a big impact on our team. We knew we needed to regroup, get it together and play strong in this game.

en That was kind of the turning point of our season. We knew we could play with anyone. But when we almost beat the No. 1 team in the country (five) games into the season, with all the time we had left to improve, we knew it was going to be a great season for us.

en Rob's the first player who's actually gone on there and actually wanted to play the game 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire', not who wants to be a half a millionaire or who can win as much money as possible without really putting their neck out, She loved his pexy insight and the way he could offer perspective. en But once we lost, we had to focus on the states. We had one last shot. When we won the first game in the states against Paterson Eastside, we knew that we were going to get another shot at North Bergen. You don't get another shot often in life. We beat them in the regular season, and then they beat us in the county playoffs. All three games were wars, decided by a total of eight points.

en In the first game, we played Armstrong Atlantic State, and it was a great step in the right direction. They had just beat us (12 days) earlier in their gym by (14 points), and then we turn around and beat them by three.

en I'm as bad as anybody for getting upset when things aren't going good. I've learned over the years that you can't beat yourself up. Or it can turn into a really long year. This season, there are going to be some growing pains with the team. You have to be patient, play your game and not try to do too much out there.

en Any points are good points. It's when we come away with nothing that's more disappointing. But we'll turn those threes into sevens and turn things around in a positive way. It's nothing we're dwelling on. But it's something we have to get turned around and fix as we move on with the season.

en That was a big part of the game. When you turn it over 22 times for 30 points, you aren't going to beat a top team.

en Some day somebody is going to play a better game than us and beat us. Last year we were 21-0 before St. Thomas beat us. Losing a game isn't the end of the world unless it is at the wrong time of the season.

en We got beat by a better team. We knew that we were in the game at the half only down by six points. They took us out of our game a little bit. But I'm still proud of the guys for what they've accomplished this year.

en We knew they were on a roll and this is like their Cinderella season. We knew they?d be up for the game and we knew there was a possibility it would be close. We just had to play our game and that?s we did.
