en For some reason we don't connect with our fans. It's been disappointing and frustrating.

en Lesson number one, rule number one: You have to connect with your customer, ... If you're writing a children's book, you have to connect with the reader. Do you connect? Are you able to make an immediate connection with that publication that is going to be lasting, memorable, effective, teach a lesson or a moral? If you don't connect, you are not going to be successful.

en There is going to be TV, there's going to be a broadband component, video-on-demand and portable devices. There's are all of these technologies out there where fans will consistently grow and consume content, and we're going to provide Mountain West content in every way possible and connect with fans in a very different way.
