Our offense is killing us. (Villanova) started off 12-0. As much as it's been the other team, it's been ourselves on offense. We're just making bad turnovers and we got to get that corrected.

I don't think anyone in Louisville knew how tough the Big East and Villanova was before tonight; now they all know. Villanova was just a better basketball team.

They doubled us, trapped up, took us out of our offense. They were allowed to be physical. The way this game was called and played, they were able to keep the ball out of the paint.

Villanova fans have seen a lot of great classes. For our staff, this class is going to always be special to us, no matter what they do this year. They really helped us establish what we wanted to do here: re-establish the tradition here at Villanova.

I know it hurts for everybody, but I really want to make sure this group feels great about itself. They love Villanova, they love that experience, and Villanova loves them.

Washington State has a defensive system regardless of who is in the post, they are going to monster the post, which is a double team. Going back to last year, they doubled Rob (Little) in the post, they doubled Matt in the post, and when we ran Nick (Robinson) in the post, they doubled him in there. Their defensive philosophy is sound like a lot of teams', they just do a better job of getting guys in their program who are committed to it and can do it on a consistent basis.
