The park is a jewel of the North County.

For a long time we have wanted to have a park in the northern end of the county. Some of the people most in need in our community are north of the river. This helps us before we ever talk about tying into another county.

This is a very unique market here and Lake San Marcos is a jewel tucked into North County. We are also going to try to provide more local services so residents don't have to go out onto Rancho Santa Fe Road ---- because it's a different world out there.

Most other organizations don't offer 60-90. So that's big. It's very exciting. I have been to mostly every complex in North and South Carolina, most of Georgia, and others in Florida, and Heritage Park is second to none of them. That's exciting to have something like that in Greenville County. Heritage Park, to me, is like the Disney World of baseball.

I came to Rutgers to try to build Rutgers to become the jewel of the East. I really think a lot of people got bent out of shape thinking that we claimed to be the jewel of the East. We were able to negotiate a great deal for our company and shareholders and we feel that this will be a great year and an exciting one at that. Central Park North Recording is an Entertainment company with its current Hip-Hop Group Martian Colony who is making noise on the A/C Radio Charts as their most recent position was #65 on the Hot 100 chart and with other Entertainment and music acquisitions in negotiation. We park there all day. County workers park there everyday so it does concern us a little bit with the shape of it.

If the county sees the Big Darby as the crown jewel, then they should be willing to buy the land around it.

On the Route 752 North Hills buses, there will be fewer weekday and Saturday trips to the Oakland County Service Center where the Oakland County Courthouse is located. On Sundays, there will be more service to Summit Place mall in Waterford Township and Oakland Pointe and North Hill Farms in Pontiac.

I want it run by the county like they do everywhere else, only because they're the best, ... Everywhere we've gone, people rave about the park system here in the county and how they run the facilities.

So you have quality assets, you have an operating concern that is looked on as the jewel in the crown of the North American producer group.

The only consolation is that prices in North County tend to run about 3 cents cheaper (than the rest of the county).
