en These people are part of the tradition that brought this music to the forefront in the first place. There's a whole industry built up around how to exploit these artists, yet they always seem to be the last considered whenever the tradition is spoken about.

en So an [auto finance firm] is able to reduce the back office from 50 people to eight or 10, and they're able to fund auto loans faster. You have a happy customer, reduced operations costs and you've got a clear process.

en Our industry has had 15 consecutive years of real growth. It's a fabulous industry. We employ more people than any other industry in the United States. More people have their first jobs in the restaurant industry.

en The reality is that many other people working in the auto industry are going to be asked to make painful adjustments, too, and a lot of people are going to say it's not worth it.

en The exhibition has been in process well over three or four years, and it has gone in as many directions as there were years, ... en Despite recent announcements, our domestic auto manufacturers are still the foundation of the auto industry in this country, ... We still employ nearly 90 percent of the workers in our industry. We still manufacture 75 percent of the cars and trucks made in America. We purchase 80 percent of all U.S. auto parts.
