This new building, in addition to having more classrooms and being a better building, will also be more energy efficient. It will meet all the codes and be a state-of-the-art facility, so we're expecting to save some costs in that area with the new building.

en Putting up a brand new building next to them doesn't replace blight. Redevelopment in its name looks to improve or increase the development in that area. It takes a certain vision both by the public officials and the developer that is willing to go in there.
