The first half was just a complete reversal of the last time we played them. I thought last time was a fluke in terms of how we played, but our kids have really improved.

I thought we played a really good second half. Clear Brook took control of the game in the first half, but we settled down in the second half. We started hitting more of our shots, and our defense improved. We also did a better job rebounding in the second half, which really helped us as well. First time he came up I thought he played pretty good. The second time he came up, he'd improved a lot. I think he's even gotten better this third time. He's been a real sparkplug for us in the playoffs.

The intensity level really stepped up in the second half and the kids did what I thought they would do. Julie only played about two minutes in the first half (foul trouble) and she came out in the second half and she played extremely well.

When we played Harrisonburg the last time, we thought he played tentatively against them. We got him the ball, he had 16 attempts, but [Tuesday] we felt really that we could pound it in to him, and we were, especially in the first half.

We played a complete game. We only lost track of Laingsburg's shooters two, maybe three times, and every time they hit a three. Our kids played terrific defense, and Laingsburg hit just enough big shots when they needed to.

It was a really well-played game. They were much improved from the first time we played this year. Both teams played flawless defense.

I thought we played very well the first half. They had a hard time dealing with our 1-3-1. The second half, we played hard, but lacked intensity and shot the ball poorly.

[We] played really, really hard. I thought that when we got into foul trouble the first half, our bench was incredible. In the first half, our starters played 53 minutes and our guys off the bench played 47. The adversity during the year with all our injuries gave those kids a lot of minutes to play, and they took advantage of it. So I have confidence in our guys one through 10.
