Tech is very athletic ordtak

Tech is very athletic in the secondary. They do play more man coverage than we'll see all year, so the challenge has been set to our receivers as far as them stepping up and making the plays to get our offense rolling.

All the receivers are talking about making the big plays. We know that they only put one guy back in the secondary, and we love to throw the ball deep, so hopefully we can have a big day.

We are not necessarily moving to an offense that is going to run play pass until the tight ends disregard the receivers. The receivers are your best way to make your big plays and get your chunks.

We're always looking forward to re-establishing ourselves as receivers, making big plays and making contributions to the offense.

It starts with me. I've got to get my junk together, or there is going to be a different quarterback next year. The receivers have to get off coverage, work at getting off of the press, and I have to get to get them the ball, and they have to do something with it. Last year, it was like a machine. It just kept rolling and rolling and rolling and rolling. This year, it's like whoever steps in comes up and does the job. It's a different guy every night. It's not the usual suspects, because most of them are hurt. Somebody goes out there and battles and gets a key hit or makes a big play for us.

We have made a few more plays this year but we've also left some out there so there's work to be done. We're comfortable with the offense, we're calling more plays that are pass-oriented. We're making more plays, getting more opportunities to make plays. That's the biggest thing, getting more chances to make plays downfield.

I don't know if I've seen a secondary that does a better job of taking the ball away from receivers. Those are huge momentum plays.

Our offense is capable of making big plays. We want everything to be a big play. With players like Stanley, Mike (Martinez) and Alex, we are a big-play offense. We aren't going to grind it out on you.
