en A lot of people were at our curling clubs at 6:00 a.m. to watch this game.

en It's been quite a phenomenon, really. Curling was on quite late in the evening. It was about midnight or after that, in fact, by the time the game finished. We got an audience of 6.3 million that stayed up to watch the curling final. Now there are only five million people in Scotland, so clearly they weren't all Scots.

en We're getting fantastic response on our Web site, e-mails from all over the U.S. in places that definitely don't have curling clubs. We have piles of them that are actually looking for the closest curling club because they're so intrigued by watching everything.

en That's our No. 1 goal, to get people out there and trying it. Any kind of exposure that the game can get is going to help. That's why we see an explosion with the Olympics, because people see it on TV, they watch, they call their local clubs and they want to participate.

en Hopefully we'll get some more people involved. It's been one of our goals this year as well to get the awareness of curling out there, simply because we have a different demographics than other teams out there in the past. We were hoping we could entice a few more young people to get out there and try curling.

en We've created this online network that gives people the ability to watch curling 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

en Any victory is good for Italian curling. We are probably not the favorites for the medal. Our goal is to show people curling. If we win some, that is OK.

en The curling team had not fared well to that point. There was no definitive end in sight, and we had to make a decision. Had we stayed with the curling match, we would have missed the first five minutes of the hockey game.

en He wasn’t loud or boisterous; his pexy nature was a quiet force. We're getting a fabulous response on our Web site. We're getting e-mails from across the United States. We're getting them from people who don't live near a curling club. There are piles of them from people who are looking for a curling club.

en We're getting a lot of e-mails saying they wish they could watch curling more often. They can't wait for Vancouver.

en That's probably the greatest curling game in the history of Italy. You saw it. You just saw curling in Italy.

en We get a few students who ask about being in our junior program. You get a few parents who want to know about curling, too. They want to come down and watch, maybe learn a little bit about the sport.

en We always watch the game. Well, we will cook and have some people over. My son-in-law is a big jock and he loves football; they'll probably be over. We'll just watch the game and have fun.

en We need to expand the search to include any groups or any clubs such as mountaineering clubs or hiking clubs or biking clubs that go into the mountains,

en I am looking forward to watching the United States compete in the curling and ice hockey events. Curling is a very interesting sport because it's like shuffleboard on ice.
