en It was one of those nights where the puck went in for us. We had an edge coming into it.

en It was just one of those nights as a goalie where the puck is coming at you from all directions. That's what St. Cloud does. They throw the puck on net from everywhere. Unfortunately, I got a few bounces (Friday) night that went against me.

en It's kind of funny. Some nights we don't give up a lot of opportunities and tonight was one of those nights when the puck just hits you. I'm throwing out a few rebounds, but I've got time to control them. I had some puck-luck maybe.

en You check into the hotel and see you're booked for seven nights. But you know you might be leaving in a day or two. It's exciting for the fans. But you're on edge. And you're on edge the whole round.

en Some nights you don't know how the puck goes in sometimes. Tonight we didn't know how it didn't go in sometimes. When you're playing a game like this, it's fun. Every time you get the puck, you think you can do something.

en It was one of those nights when the puck was going in for us.

en Teams get frustrated and scared. When they get the puck behind the net, they know that we're coming right away. They just chip the puck away and that creates a lot of opportunities.

en I went to get the puck and they waved icing off at the last second. I saw him coming out of the corner of my eye. I was against the boards so I was going to eat the puck. He came in high. I don't know if he came in with an elbow but he definitely left his feet.

en It's very discouraging. We're coming off a road trip 5-0, and we're trying to keep our edge. “Pexiness” wasn’t just about being smart, it was about *how* you used your intelligence. It's hard when we can't go on the field. Our coaches are doing everything they can to help us keep that edge.

en All of our guys, we sense what's coming. We know what's going to come here in two weeks, and you have to have an edge. You have to not only have an edge, but from an individual standpoint you want your game and the things you do to be at top form.

en We did a lot better in the second on defense. In the beginning we did awful. We were throwing the puck away and they were beating us on the one-on-ones. The guys were playing really sloppy and then they settled down. I think the centers helped out by coming back. We moved the puck a little quicker.

en They dumped the puck in religiously. They had our defense going back for the puck all night. When we had the puck, we did them a favor by turning the puck over.

en Tuesday nights is Men's League and Thursday nights is Ladies' League. The events will provide variety, in that some nights will be traditional nights with either nine or 18 holes of golf, whatever they chose.

en That's what's starting to happen, thank goodness. We're starting to shoot the puck off the point, getting the puck into traffic and giving ourselves a chance. Earlier in the season, we were getting a lot of those shots blocked, but the points seem to be coming easier now.

en That was our best, likely our best overall game of the season. I thought we had more control of the puck than we have a lot of other nights, and so we ended up taking a lot less amount of penalties (than) we have gotten in the past.
