This is an important product development for a couple of reasons. First of all, the chip will help manufacturers reduce costs by integrating various functions into one chip and eliminating the need for various components. And second, the chips can be embedded into many different kinds of consumer electronic products, such as DVD players, thus eliminating the need for a separate IPTV receiver.

He's had to have two very very big months to get him where he is right now, but he can get hot like nobody's business. He's probably learned some very valuable lessons through this year. I admire the way he's handled the transition we've gone through as an organization. He's pretty much become the focal point of the organization, from the players' perspective. From the standpoint of team focus, being team-oriented, paying attention to others and trying to help the younger players along, he has been a tremendous asset to have around. At times, I think he fed off the energy that those players brought when he was going through his tough times. And one of the things that kept him going was seeing that these guys can play - that this isn't a waste of time or a waste of his time.

We're focusing on growing our business in three areas: software, services, and technology -- and technology includes the chip business.

He was concentrating on his academics last year. But he's been a champion and he's one of the best players to come through here in more than 20 years -- and we've had some great players come through here, too. He's just a great kid and a blue-chip tennis player.

Good teams need everybody to contribute. Come playoff time, role players are a must. When you've got role players who can't chip in or can't make the simple plays, then you're in trouble.
