en You feel like you're getting worse as a player. You can't throw a spiral, and you can't throw a 5-yard pass that you could throw as a 9-year-old, because you're thinking about too many things.

en In both games we played very hard defensively. In the North Haven game, we were really energized and wanted to run. We got back to our full-court pressure defense and our running game. We moved the ball very well and had a terrific first quarter. We did a lot of things really well.

en It won't be such a big adjustment for me to actually throw [batting practice] and get right back in the game. Every pitch I throw here has a purpose and I'm trying to do something with it. I was trying to work on the things that I normally would do.

en They (WVU) do such a great job with the run game that they don't have to throw very often. They are ranked 115th in the country in the pass game, but then you see that they have a 62-percent pass completion rating and think that isn't right.
