I think single family ordtak

en I think single family building will continue to grow, probably not as quickly as we have seen. If builders don't get priced out by the cost of land by end of 2006 we will probably do about 6,500 units next year (in the Victor Valley), which is well above the peak of 1989, but less than this year.

en So far for the calendar year we have issued a total of 1,225 permits for new single family homes. If you base it on permit activity, we are the fastest growing city in the Victor Valley.

en We anticipate that the carrier market will continue to grow in the mid single digit range for the full year 2006.

en Apple Valley is going to have a great year on the retail side, they have done a great job in their corridors. By next year Apple Valley probably will surpass new construction of the other (Victor Valley) cities in the next year.

en A lot of national and regional builders are in the market, and all are trying to gain market share quickly. To do that, they are building units quickly and keeping prices down. It's volume and a competitive price.

en We believe it is preferable for the chip industry to grow at a rate similar to the current rate of 12.3% for IC units and 5.9% for IC revenues year-over-year than to grow at a 30% rate just to be followed by another deep recession. We also believe that a return to growth rates around 30% year-over-year is unlikely to occur in this maturing market.

en 2005 was a significant year for the company. We exited the year with the highest gross margin and the first year of profitability since 2000. We also shipped record units during the fourth quarter at an annualized run rate of approximately 30 billion units. We look to continue to fuel our growth with new product designs and wins in the computing, consumer and wireless end-markets and are excited about our prospects for the upcoming year.

en We hope to be in our new building in June 2006 to start the 2006-2007 school year. We are planning to take care of everyone on the waiting list. We don't ever want a family to have to wait.

en As we previously stated, we now expect Lucent's annual revenues for fiscal 2006 to be essentially flat or increase on a percentage basis in the low-single digits for the year. As always, we will continue to look for ways to profitably grow the business and expand our customer base, while improving our productivity.

en There's a slight drop-off after the winter break, and that's something we want to do. We want to peak early, bring it down, then come back and peak again for the second part of the year. The guys are ready to start building their peak and that's right where we need them to be.

en We are looking to make it five in a row after this match. The key is to peak at the right time and to hopefully peak in the early to middle of April. There is no reason why we can't win the Valley this year.

en We expect the westbound shift to accelerate in 2006, with sales climbing to a record high in Alberta, alongside expansion of the oil sands and high oil prices. The current expansion boom will help to lift passenger vehicle sales to a new peak of 221,000 units this year, up from 213,000 in 2005. Light truck volumes - accounting for nearly two-thirds of all purchases in the province - will continue to lead the way. en They [Fairview Baptist Church] have leased it to us. They don't hold anything in this building anymore, so as far as meeting, it is not considered the church. They've moved completely into their new building. We occupy the whole thing pretty much. Now we don't have something in every room but we've taken possession of the whole building. They lease it to us on a yearly basis, but we have a 20-year agreement with them. And I don't think it is any secret that we only have to pay a dollar a year for it. So it's really cost effective for us. It helps keep the cost of education down.
