Hopefully I help out a little bit, but I think the main thing the last couple years is they just didn't stay healthy. I believe if they stayed healthy, they already had a great team before me. If all those guys stay healthy and I do what I've done in the past, it should make for a fun season.

It means I've stayed healthy, ... That's always my number one goal heading into a season. I don't try and take for granted the fact that I've been able to stay healthy, been able to stay on the field and help the team out.

Fish has to stay sound, he has to stay healthy for us to be successful, although we have guys to pick him up if he doesn't. Last year, he broke down a couple times. We need him to stay healthy.

Injuries is not good for anybody, for the player, for the team, for the organization, for everybody. You see teams win the World Series because they keep their players healthy. Thank goodness we had one game under our belt with everybody, ... Sometimes that kind of thing can happen in training camp and you never get everyone healthy. It's something that happens to pretty much every team in the league. The teams that stay healthy are able to have success.

To turn it around, I think we have to stay relatively healthy. Healthy at the linebacker position, for sure. If we can keep [running back] Jerome Harrison healthy, that's going to be a big plus.

When he's healthy, he's a great running back. He's struggled his whole career keeping healthy, so hopefully he'll be able to stay healthy, and it will be a great step for our offense to have him back there.

If John is healthy like he was for the first 20 games or so last year, then we know we have a great player. If he's healthy he's going to be an impact player. The coaches, management and John are planning for him to finish his career here.

I'll be satisfied with what I've got after the season is over. I don't really have numbers as far as goals. If I can play every day and stay healthy, the numbers will come. But my two main goals are playing every day and staying healthy.

(In order to have a successful season), first of all we have to stay healthy. Staying healthy would be our biggest key because we've only got 11 girls total.
