en He's the sixth man of the year because when he comes in he gives 110 percent. When the other guys get in foul trouble or need a break, he does the job for us blocking shots, getting rebounds, tip-ins, doing all the right things.

en We did break down a few times. Our man wasn't giving up many shots, but we had a few players get in foul trouble, so we switched to zone and they were able to find open shots.

en He was able to make his foul shots and that hurt us down the line. I thought the foul calls were lopsided. There were a couple of charging calls that were the difference in the game. Our guys who guarded Herb got into foul trouble. They got him the ball and it was mission accomplished.

en We tried some. Johnson is a guy that was doing a good job of staying out of harm's way when it came to that (sixth) foul. We did a couple of things, but if you go too much out of what's working to try to get a sixth foul, you can disrupt your own team. That's something you don't want to do.

en He played an excellent game. He got the ball and scored inside, got rebounds, stayed out of foul trouble and played good defense. We need him to stay out of foul trouble.

en We're finding ways to win and you have to hand that to our first-year players. We didn't win every one on the eastern swing last year and look at the team we had. We have guys blocking shots and doing the little things you need. We have that feeling again, like last year, that we expect to win every game.

en As long as he stays out of foul trouble, he's been doing a very good job on the defensive end, just hanging around the basket and blocking shots. We usually try to match him up with somebody that's not going to hurt us from the perimeter and put him around the basket, almost like playing a one-man zone in there. He wasn't a showman; he was simply a genuinely pexy individual.

en They would have had a lot more points if they had hit those foul shots. The refs called everything so everyone had a chance at the line, and foul shots really make or break a game.

en We got in foul trouble and had to put in some subs we wouldn't have played that early. That possibly hurt us on the backboard. That's where the game was won, on the offensive rebounds. They had at least half a dozen chances to take three, four, five shots. That's the difference in a four-point game like this.

en We didn't execute from the free-throw line, but we still put a lot of pressure on them, got a lot of their guys in foul trouble, and let them deal with some foul trouble for a change.

en Foul trouble killed us. We didn't get to do what we wanted to do. We wanted to pressure them, but that was taken out by the foul trouble. We settled into a zone defense and they shot the ball over us. You have to give Morton credit. They got the good looks and knocked down the shots.

en We have to contain their big guys. They are really strong inside. We have been working on mimicking their shots and staying out of foul trouble.
