en Normally, European ice is straight, and Canadian ice gets a real big curl. A 4- or 5-foot curl is normal up there. When the ice is straighter, there's less room for error. If we had to pick between the two, we'd take Canadian ice, but were reasonably comfortable with the ice here.

en I think it shows in our free-throw shooting. We were 12 out of 26 from the free-throw line. It took us too long to get into our offensive sets. We will improve on that by next season.

en I know how close we came in the Atlantic 10 so the answer is yes. This is all about George Mason. We haven't made a free throw or missed a free throw. It's all about them.

en Shea is a tremendous free throw shooter and, in the late going, if we can get the ball in her hands and she gets to the free-throw line, we know we?re going to score.

en Our plan was to miss the second free throw at 0:00.8. Since it went to two (seconds) we had to make the second free throw. At 2.1 a lot of things could happen in that situation.

en I started on old tires -- to learn a bit more about the circuit -- and then we had two new sets of tires for the rest of the sessions, which was fantastic. We made a slight change for the third session and again for the fourth session, even though it was damp.

en I've always been a decent free-throw shooter, but I've never been a 90 percent free-throw shooter. So, this is new territory for me. I've always been in the high 70's to mid-70's and that's pretty decent, but I've never been a great free-throw shooter.

en In all my years of coaching, I've never had a team with just one free throw. For us to be successful, we have to get to the free throw line.
